On Sunday, July 23rd 2023 at approximately 11:30 am, Logan Lake RCMP along with first responders attended a fatal two-vehicle collision on Highway 97D just outside of Logan Lake.
Despite rescue and first aid efforts by attending first responders and by-standards, three occupants, an adult male driver and female passenger and a lone adult male driver succumbed to their injuries at scene.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and it is important to hear from those who may have seen either vehicle prior to or witnessed the collision. The collision between the white Toyota Corolla and grey Chevrolet Malibu occurred between the hours of 11:15 am – 11:30 am.
Police are seeking to speak to any other witnesses that may have further information or dash cam footage. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Logan lake RCMP 250-523-6222 and reference file number 2023-503.
