Distracted drivers are the target for Coquitlam Mounties in September

Coquitlam - September 1st marks the beginning of the Coquitlam Mounties’ distracted driving enforcement campaign. During this month, police officers – both in plainclothes and uniform – will keep their eyes on distracted drivers in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Anmore and Belcarra.

Coquitlam - On September 9th between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., the suspect entered a Tim Hortons’ in the 3000 block of Lougheed Highway and allegedly stole an iPad that was used in advertising the restaurant’s specials.
