Sidney Boyd is still missing, one year later

Quesnel RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance with information about Sidney Ryan Boyd’s disappearance that could assist police with locating him.

April 19, 2022, marked one year since Sidney Boyd was reported missing. He was last confirmed to be seen on April 5, 2021 in the downtown core of Quesnel. The police have conducted extensive video canvassing and followed up with a number of tips received but have not yet located Sidney.

Sidney was last seen wearing:

Thank you to the public for all the tips that were received over the past year, says Sgt. Clay Kronebusch. Our investigators have followed up on the tips received and will continue to do so until Sidney is found. We are encouraging anyone with any information who has not yet spoken with investigators or has new information to contact the Quesnel RCMP.

Anyone with information that could assist police in locating Sidney Boyd is asked to call the Quesnel RCMP at 250-992-9211.
