Serious Collision in Cloverdale leads to road closures

**As of May 25 at 12:20 a.m. 176 Street was fully reopened to all traffic.

Surrey RCMP is advising the public of a road closure on 176 Street between 88 Avenue and 96 Avenue due to a serious collision.

On March 24, 2022, at 4:24 p.m., Surrey RCMP responded to the report of a collision involving two vehicles in the 8800 block of 176 Street.

Due to the serious nature of the collision 176 Street is closed in both directions between 88 Avenue and 96 Avenue while police investigate the cause of the collision. The investigation is in the early stages and it is unknown how long road closures will remain in effect.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash camera footage from the area at the time of the collision is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
