Where do I find my serial number?

The serial number is typically located under the bottom bracket, where the two pedal cranks meet. To find the serial number turn your bike over and look on the underside of the frame. Depending on the brand, you are looking for a string of numbers and letters on a sticker or engraved into the frame.

Other common locations for serial number placement are on the head tube at the front of the bike, or on the rear drop out. If you can't find the serial number check with the bike manufacture for the serial number placement.

If you see something, say something!

Public safety is everyone's responsibility—and it’s easy. The best way to do your part for public safety is to get connected to your neighbourhood, pay attention to what is going on around you and report any criminal or suspicious activity to the police.
